PeekMessageW fixme spam in latest CVS

Second Life causes a very recent CVS WINE to spit out one
of these every frame:

fixme:msg:PeekMessageW PM_QS_xxxx flags (0007) are not handled

This started (approximately) yesterday (Monday).
