It looks as if you added Franks Corner back in and removed
http://www.von-thadden.de/Joachim/WineTools
Frank is no longer the maintainer of winetools
so Joachim von Thadden should be left as the maintainer.

Whoops, I didn't even notice that had changed on the download page.  All
I meant to do was just move the thing further up.  Ok, redoing patch
again...
