This is cool stuff. Now it would be nice if someone hacks winapi_check
to ... check for strncpy() business so it doesn't sneak back in.

Other than that, are all strncpy() instances gone? If so we should
also nuke strncpyW() from wine/unicode.h too.

No, they're not all gone yet (or are in not applied patches).
