In OLE32 ,CoGetObject is error!

helllo,everyone.
    I use native OLE32.dll. When I call CoGetObject, The error is 
REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG.  That is to say the object is not registed!!! Why?? 
If somebody is interested it ,I can send some files to him .Tanks!!
