[Patch tested] TB_REPLACEBITMAP

I just tested Marco Bizzarri's implementation of TB_REPLACEBITMAP 
( http://www.winehq.com/hypermail/wine-patches/2001/11/0112.html ).
It looks like this patch was neither rejected nor accepted at that time.

The patch applies cleanly to sources from wine-cvs-unstripped-042902.
I can't tell whether it is technically adequate, but at least it
significantly improves wine support for Checkpoint's Firewall-1 GUI
(FWPolicy.exe), which might be of interest to many people
( see http://bugs.codeweavers.com/show_bug.cgi?id=185 ).
