This will break the display of bitmap fonts in winex11.drv .

Do you have an app that depends on this?

No, I have no an app that depends on this. I just tried to test bitmap
font metrics with GetGlyphOutline since in Wine it's used to get metrics
even for bitmaps. and found that it's supposed to fail.

I guess that I resend the test without a fix then.
