What's wrong in my Trash patches?

I've sent patches to implement the trashing of files (starting from 
http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-patches/2006-July/028782.html ) and 
they were rejected. Could someone tell me what's wrong with them?

I normally follow wine-patches and do not recall seeing them nor are
they in my gmail (though I could have deleted them by mistake) I think
the box the mailing lists and cvs/git trees were on was having a disk
space issue so some emails were not going out. Please resend.
