package install script for Ubuntu Hardy

Hi,

I have tried out an alpha of Ubuntu Hardy Heron recently (I am
currently using Gutsy), and have updated Dan's gutsy.sh script to get
the correct packages to build wine.

Hardy does not have the libopencdk8-dev package, and didn't have time
to investigate which package to use (probably libopencdk9-dev).

They have also removed the cogito package, so I replaced it with gitk.

Dan: feel free to add this to your site along with the others and
update it as needed.
