wine & preempt patch (fwd)

Hi,

is there are known issue with the preempt patch for the kernel? When I
apply that patch, non-open-gl games doesn't run smooth, without the
patch they run nearly smooth (especially StarCraft & BaldursGate).
OpenGL games are alway fine.
