make test and ~/.wine/config

Hi,

A little thought about running test and the $HOME
config file:

If you want to run make test after changing a
parameter in the config file, you must run "make
testclean", change the parametrer, and rerun make
test.

So couldn't we include $HOME/.wine/config in the
dependancies ?
