[PATCH] makedep: Remove an incorrect -b when creating cross import libraries
When building import libraries for cross building, we already pass "-b $crosstarget" (two lines above this), and we shouldn't be passing target_flags (which contains the flags for the architecture of the wine build itself, not the mingw cross build. This seems like a regression since 1c31b75e.
