Yeah, it's been on like 14 iterations :-)  It had some conflicting reviews in the past, so I hope I didn't miss any. I omitted the first 2 versions because they're super old and probably not relevant, and I don't think they got any comments (it was during time where ntdll was very different too).

I think v13 and v14 did not get any comments and were rebases/simplifications only, not refactors like before.
