Your patch is unfortunately wrapped. shlguid.h suffers from the same
problem.

Changelog:
* define interface IDragSourceHelper
* define interface IDropTargetHelper


I will post the 'const' correction for LPCITEMIDLIST as a separate change, 
because there has to be adjusted more in dlls/shell32.
