[PATCH] server: Add SeTcbPrivilege (SE_TCB_NAME) to the list of admin privileges.

    Origin Client Service is run as a LocalSystem service and expects AdjustTokenPrivileges()
    to succeed enabling this privilege.

    SeTcbPrivilege is available for LocalSystem account on Windows but not for admin users. But
    since we currently effectively have a single user for everything it looks reasonable
    to add the privilege.
