Actually the registry is probably a better idea, this way we don't need to move it again once we get rid of the config file. I'd suggest Sofware\Wine\d3d instead of Sofware\Wine\Wine\d3d though, this is more likely to be the correct place once the config reorganization is done. -- Alexandre Julliard julliard(a)winehq.org

It's fine to me, i have added it to config file for easy control of this behavior. But if you prefer registry feel free :) (i'll do a .reg file for it)
