Status of Wine History page?

It is my understanding that Brian V sent the "Wine History" page to J 
Newman for inclusion.
May I ask what the current status is?
May I also ask that this page be posted to wine-patches?
It is my understanding that all changes should ge to the patch list so
everyone will have a chance to view future changes.
