While running your changed tests on Windows, I think I found new failures.
Being a bot and all I'm not very good at pattern recognition, so I might be

NtFlushBuffersFile is currently unreliable in Wine. I have a fix for
that that planned to send later, but I will resend the series including
the patch before tests.
