Assuming this mapping is correct, you should also add these formats here:

I'm not sure than D3DFMT_A16B16G16R16  can be used a direct rendering format
anyway you must add support for it on IWineD3DImpl_CheckDeviceFormat (line 
1329) as it can be used as texture format (as L16)
