A advapi32 patch to Implement GetCurrentHwProfileA() fully I found

It looks like this patch didn't get into 0.9.19, so I think someone else
needs to take ownership of it and figure out what Alexandre wants until
it can get in.  I'm looking forward to full tilt poker working :)  Any
volunteers?

Thanks to the AppDB and a little digging, I was able to discover this
patch from a long while ago that never got properly forwarded to
wine-patches.

Apparently, it makes the Full Tilt Poker client work, which is currently
broken (see http://appdb.winehq.org/appview.php?iVersionId=2839)

Since this patch apparently got lost by the wayside after it showed up
on wine-devel, I'm doing the last step for him and sending it on to
wine-patches.


If this patch does get rejected, I won't be able to fix it, so please
post a message on wine-devel so someone else can do it.  It would be a
shame for this implementation to stay dead for another year.
