idl compiler & generating proxy/stub code?

Hi,

Is anyone aware of a (free) idl compiler that can also generate 
proxy/stub code for usage with wine?

As far as I understand widl can not generate proxy/stub code (yet).

Also, I'm wondering if it would be possible to translate idl to XML and 
then with XSLT 'transform' into proxy/stub code.
