I'm afraid this doesn't work either:

/usr/bin/x86_64-w64-mingw32-dlltool: Machine 'x86-64' not supported
winebuild: /usr/bin/x86_64-w64-mingw32-dlltool failed with status 1

The help says:

   -m --machine <machine>    Create as DLL for <machine>.  [default: i386:x86-64]
        possible <machine>: arm[_interwork], i386, mcore[-elf]{-le|-be}, ppc, thumb
