Wine on Windows

I want to compile Wine in 64 bit Windows (Windows Vista and later).

I want to compile it with Open Watcom (Win32 C/C++ Installer):
http://openwatcom.org/download.php

How to do that? Any ideas?

What do you need Wine on Windows for?

If you want to run 16 bit Windows applications, Wine can't do that as is. There is a related project called winevdm (https://github.com/otya128/winevdm <https://github.com/otya128/winevdm>) though.
