MapVirtualKeyExA fixme

I've been using an app that the shortcut keys don't work, I  get the
following messages.

fixme:keyboard:MapVirtualKeyExA (17,0,0x04090409), hkl unhandled!
fixme:keyboard:MapVirtualKeyExA (68,0,0x04090409), hkl unhandled!
fixme:keyboard:MapVirtualKeyExA (18,0,0x04090409), hkl unhandled!
fixme:keyboard:MapVirtualKeyExA (90,0,0x04090409), hkl unhandled!

Does anyone know how to fix this type of problem.
