Acknowledgement page

I've put together a preview of a Wine acknowledgement page; you can

Any thoughts / comments / concerns / criticisms?

Notes:

- This is based only off of the Changelog.   The old changelog was
referenced for the years listed, however if someone made a major
contribution in 1997 you won't find them here.

- Criteria used was, for the most part, objective.  If you submitted
8 patches or more, you probably made this list.  (If you didn't then
it means I screwed up and you should tell me.)

- After getting into it, I realized a bit late that I should have cut
it off at about 12 patches.. that would have made this list about 100
names.

- The area someone contributed to was just what I noticed scanning over
the Changelog.  I'm sure that someone probably had a major contribution
to some area not listed here, so you should let me know if it needs
correction.

- Send me changes on or off list.  I'll incorporate them and put together
a real patch for Newman to integrate.

Anything missing or wrong on this list is just a mistake on my part and
not part of any sinister plot to undermine someone's work.  Send me
changes.
