What's the status of these patches by Roderick Colenbrander?

WineD3D: fix p8 GL_EXT_paletted texture bug 1/2 [attempt 2]

Submitted something like 5 day ago, but I think they didn't make it to 
git? They are needed to fix some bugs, like this:

Roderick, maybe you can resubmit them?

They just entered GIT. Perhaps Alexandre was busy or missed them.
