Wine staging Maintainer

[Alistair Leslie-Hughes]

Hi Everyone,

Over the past month, I have taken on the unofficial lead
of wine-staging and with the help of Zebediah and Tomas and during
this period we have had two successful wine-staging releases.

If no-one has any objections. I would like to take
the official role of wine-staging maintainer.

Since there were no objections, I think you are stuck with the job ;-)

If it's worth anything, I think you've been doing a great job
upstreaming patches.

I think you should update the MAINTAINERS file :)
