[latest cvs] GTA 3 ingame keyboard and mouse works.

Hi,

As of the latest CVS the in-game mouse and keyboard fully works. The
mouse is the the menu structure still disalbled due the joystick error.

The game however isn't very fast (I don't know but I guess about 20 fps
with an atlon 2200+ and a GeForce FX 5800 Ultra :) ) and only the intro
(the bank robbery) is taking some speed.

The textures are still disabled ingame but the menu structure is getter
better and the background textures are visible now.
