Comments missing from auto-generated documentation. (HTML)

Hi all,
I'm giving c2man.pl quite a workout here, but I've run
into some snaggs.

I'm trying to add a "Description" section in advapi.c
and it's not being generated in the HTML docs.

The Description isn't being generated in advapi32.html
Am I running issues by having the comment blocks
togeather? The only other commented
DLL is wing.c in /dlls/gdi. I've checked agianst the
hacking guide. Am I msiing something? Is it a bug?
