GetSysColorPen in MSVC port

Hello Patrik,
I've been having trouble making use of some of the wine dlls in our
mingw due to the internal wine function GetSysColorPen. Have you been
able to test any of the wine dlls under windows with MSVC? Do you have
the same problem? We are planning on implenting this in our user32.dll
under reactos.
