The mach-o bug is fixed in git. The others, you probably need to
adjust your path/build dependencies...Have you installed freetype,
etc.?

It may be better to use MacPorts or Fink to install Wine.  They know
about and handle the required dependencies for you.  Also, Mike
Kronenberg's build environment for the 'abandoned' Darwine project is
also available, but needs to be updated to reflect the latest versions
of several packages.
