While running your changed tests on Windows, I think I found new failures.
Being a bot and all I'm not very good at pattern recognition, so I might be

It looks like this kind of error is increasing lately, Michael already
talked about it a few days ago, it's not related to any recent patch.
The problem always happen when exitting the test when calling
WSACleanup for the second time. I'll try to find when it started
happening to check if it's related to a specific commit.
