[PATCH] msvcp: Disable relay for _Thrd_current function

Spotted by Stefan.

The patch workarounds a crash when relay is enabled in x86_64 and arm 
case. Another way of fixing it is to define separate spec file entries 
for different platforms (make_specfiles will also need to be changed in 
that case).
