We've changed the cvsroot, and it reared it's ugly head. Can we either
 (1) create a symlink from /opt/cvs-commit to the new root, and switch
     back to the old root
 (2) apply this patch to patch.py

Actually the server side is fine, but for some reason I was using the
wrong CVS root on my side. I've fixed it, thanks for the note.
