Hmm that makes a difference.  I'll have to look into it, but I think
there's some issue in here that's cropping up on this machine.

You mean, the machine has flawed OS setup?  Sadly I have no such box under 
my hand.  I'd run Dependency Walker and look for a missing DLLs it had 
tried to load. :-/
