ms excel macros in wine

I am working on MSExcel Macros in wine. Previously, they were not
working. But, In my system, it works. 
When I try for a new installation in my system it works like charm. But
its not the case with Other systems. I dont know how my system became
compatible to running Macros. I want to make it run by default in any
place.
