Hi,

What happened to winebootup?

and it not under wine's tree.

Does it exist? (or ever did?)
Is there something similar to handle RunOnce keys?

I just want to avoid doing a duplicated work.

Andi More wrote Wineboot and it has been submitted to the winehq tree. 
Check the mailing list archives and you should find it. I know 
codeweavers uses it for crossover office but i think there may have been 
to much hacking-ness or something to keep from not being commited.
