This patch introduced a test failure on all Windows boxes so far:

Windows 2000:

sti: 9 tests executed (0 marked as todo, 0 failures), 0 skipped.

That's available if you follow the link Paul sent.  The failing test is:
sti.c:221: Test failed: CoCreateInstance unexpectedly succeeded when
querying for IUnknown during aggregation
and it's failing on Win98, XP, and 2003.
