I think NTE_NOT_SUPPORTED makes more sense for stub functions in this
DLL. Other than that, the patch looks good.

I also agree that a different error code might be better, however even more
important it does not compile here because there are semicolons missing in
the header file. It probably would also make sense to send the header file
changes in separate patches.
