gdiplus no longer available in Vista?

Hi,

I had a look but wasn't able to find gdiplus.dll on my Vista box. This most 
likely means our test has to be re-written.

I'll wait with that till the cross-compiling of the gdiplus tests is fixed.

I have gdiplus.dll installed in my 64-bit Vista box, both 64-bit and 32-bit
versions under c:\windows\winsxs.
