If you're a developer working on this code, and you're finding it hard to separate the FIXMEs that matter from the ones that don't, the correct way to do this would be to check "desc" for references to D3D11_BLEND_BLEND_FACTOR or D3D11_BLEND_INV_BLEND_FACTOR. But then, in that case it would be only marginally harder to just implement the functionality. For users uncomfortable with scary letters, I'd suggest WINEDEBUG=-all for a more thorough fix.
