milestone: cygwin nearly working properly

The main thing missing at the moment is
cygwin's symlinks aren't working,
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15679

and I couldn't find the file needed to start
cygwin's X server.

(And of course the thing that drives me nuts,
it only works inside wineconsole.
That might be harder to fix.)

With just a little more work, we could do an awesome
nesting demo, I bet.
