Hi there, I was looking over the Janitorial section on the wiki, and it seems like flattening dlls is something I could definitely handle. Is this something that's still needed or wanted? And then how would that work? Would I need cvs write access to get anything done? Or can diff produce a patch that handles moving things around like that? Glen -- Free will is just an illusion.

You should read the patch submission guidelines and winehq.org carefully, then browse the wine-patches and wine-devel mailing lists for a while until you get an understanding of how things work. When you can answer the above questions for yourself, then you'll be ready to submit a patch. Mike

No, there's no real need to work on it. I'm already working on moving things, one bit at a time since CVS doesn't handle moves very gracefully. Also it's actually easier for me to do the work directly than to apply patches to do it. -- Alexandre Julliard julliard(a)winehq.org
