Font size is not a valid excuse for skipping heading levels. Presentation issues should be handled in CSS.

I agree with this in principle, however I was worried that a CSS change might break other parts of the site. I'll look for where else we're using H2 tags and see if I can hit them all at once. Thanks, Scott Ritchie
