Kernel32 resource test job takes a long time on 3 win10 test machines.

Hi,

Does any one have idea why this test job takes a very very long time (about 2 minutes) on w10pro64, w10pro64_2scr and w10pro64_ar test machines?

It takes few seconds on other test machines including other win10 machines.
