Hi Gustavo,

The header says "English resources for the Internet control panel applet".

You also need only one "LANGUAGE LANG_PORTUGUESE, 
SUBLANG_PORTUGUESE_BRAZILIAN" at the beginning. There is no need to have 
this for every resource.
