Solaris X86 mmap...

On Jan 10 2001 Ulrich Weigand submitted a patch to library/port.c to
attempt to fix the linux mmap behaviour dependency for solaris systems.

After that point I can't find any reference to this patch, it certainly
hasn't made it into the CVS yet ?

Does anyone know the outcome of this work, or am I the only Solaris X86
user out there :-)
