What happened to this patch?

It actually contains useful information.  Meanwhile, I
solved the missing urlmon problem by downloading it from

but I do not know what I did.  Anybody has an idea?

The patch has been applied except for the part about Urlmon. Maybe
because the proper solution is to send a patch to the MinGW people to
add support for the urlmon library.
