riched20: Send EN_LINK notifications. Properly underline / color links.

The patch at
http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-patches/2006-August/029855.html needs
to be corrected a bit:

 In file editor.c, there is a change as follows
> case WM_MOUSEMOVE:
>      if (GetCapture() == hWnd)
>        ME_MouseMove(editor, (short)LOWORD(lParam),
> (short)HIWORD(lParam));
>      break;
> +    ME_LinkNotify(editor,msg,wParam,lParam);

Here, the function ME_LinkNotify is called after the break. So it would not
get executed.
