Would this also be true of the inetcpl: Add the Polish translation file 
as well?

Well, I don't particularly care whether "Polish" is explicitly
mentioned or not for the inetcpl patch or this patch, but "English"
probably shouldn't be mentioned when the translation file really
contains another language. As I said, this is merely a pedantic
comment.
