Problem actually with binutils, oops!

Okay, so in any event, does anyone know when this will be fixed?
Downgrading from 2.13.90.0.20 to 2.13.90.0.18 seems to fix the problem...
But does anyone know why? And is this a wine problem? Or binutils?
